At this class, each participant will be making a charcute-TREE board & will be using 4 different cheeses, 3 charcuterie meats as well as an assortment of fresh seasonal fruit, olives & cornichons, nuts, chocolate and holiday themed treats.
Learn charcuterie styling techniques and how to arrange a perfectly balanced and beautiful charcuterie board. You will walk away with all the skills you need to build an impressive charcuterie spread, just in time for the holidays!
Your ticket includes all ingredients needed to build your board, hands on instruction, as well as a board and box to take your delicious holiday creation home in (guests are welcome to munch on their boards at the event). Boards will be built on a disposable (and re-useable!) eco-friendly palm leaf tray, and feeds up to 8 people appetizer sized portions - share with your family & friends! However each participant must purchase an individual ticket.
